About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Cost Management team on specific client commissions and ensure delivery of all accountabilities
  • Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all project stages
  • Develop internal cost estimating tools for real estate projects, including ground-up and fit-out
  • Manage staff including recruitment, performance evaluations, and resource allocation
  • Train and mentor team members in estimating, bid analysis, and cost forecasting
  • Perform cost checks and valuations on large-scale projects
  • Advise clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and reports using On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or Excel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • 6 years of experience in cost management or a related occupation
  • Proficiency in estimating and data analytics tools
  • Experience with construction cost drivers and market analysis
