Responsibilities
- Support Education Sector Lead in driving growth and profitability
- Manage multiple education projects in planning and delivery
- Lead project review, reporting, financial management, and change control
- Establish relationships with key departmental and senior stakeholders
- Manage project team performance, compliance, and resource expectations
- Lead business development activities including proposals and thought leadership
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Cost Management
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Expertise in the Education sector within real estate
- Technical ability to lead complex projects as a key client interface
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong bid writing skills
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
