Associate Director, Treasury & e-payment Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 6 people
• Own daily treasury operations including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency
• Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in collaboration with Tech/IT

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations
• First leadership experience with a hands-on mindset
• Expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• German language skills are a plus
