Associate Director, Transformation Program Management

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale the Transformation Program Management Office (PMO) for the Commercial HVAC business
• Oversee a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives, including digital implementation and organizational redesign
• Drive portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic business objectives
• Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, and performance management standards
• Partner with business and functional leaders to remove barriers and ensure execution excellence
• Serve as a key liaison to the Senior Leadership Team, providing executive-level updates and strategic recommendations
• Lead and develop a team of program managers while fostering a culture of innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree
• PMP certification
• Experience in leadership coaching and talent development
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships within a global matrixed environment
