Responsibilities

• Capture market demand by engaging with clients to identify gaps in Consumer Goods, Lifesciences, and Industrials
• Act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure solution alignment
• Lead analysis on product market fit and support GTM of offerings to senior leadership
• Drive execution of the Business-Analytics Solutions Products roadmap
• Own end-to-end Solution Asset Development for CPG and Pharma-Lifesciences practices
• Develop reusable assets such as frameworks, templates, and tools
• Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends

Requirements

• Proven track record leading onsite engagements with F500 CPGs
• Experience building products at various maturity levels (Prototype to Embedded)
• Hands-on experience with at least two solution building technologies (Business Logic, DE, DS, Front-end, or UI/UX)
• Exposure to enterprise ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle, OMP, O9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis
• 15+ years of professional experience in Consulting and implementing Data & Analytics solutions
• Advanced understanding of supply value streams including demand planning and inventory optimization
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS from Tier I/II university and a relevant Master's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to statistical and machine learning applications in Supply Chain
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Jira, or Aha!
• Possession of a US Travel Visa (B1/B2)
