Associate Director, Study Start-Up

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of a large, global Study Start-Up team
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for internal processes
• Oversee Study Start-Up and Regulatory Submission activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and study protocols
• Provide input on new business development opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Support the development of the local German team
• Provide guidance and expertise to the Regulatory Submissions team regarding competent authority and IRB/EC/REB submissions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• 10+ years of Study Start-Up leadership experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical company
• Proven experience managing and developing professional teams
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus with the ability to manage challenging priorities in stressful situations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
