Associate Director, Strategy

Responsibilities

• Drive the media planning process and oversee cross-channel strategy development including TV, Digital, Social, OOH, and Audio
• Own the development of strategic recommendations and client-facing POVs
• Oversee end-to-end media planning and execution to ensure strategic rigor and accuracy
• Partner with activation and investment teams to manage budgets and ensure effective plan optimization
• Evaluate campaign performance and translate results into actionable business implications
• Build strong, collaborative client relationships and lead internal and client-facing presentations
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members through ongoing coaching and professional development

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 5+ years of media planning or strategy experience
• 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership capacity
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and complex budgets
• Familiarity with media research and planning tools such as NMI or Guidelines

• Ability to remain organized and effective in a fast-paced, high-profile account environment
• Deep understanding of audience insights and market trends
