Associate Director, Strategy & Operations – CEO Office

Responsibilities

• Work closely with executive leadership on high-priority strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive complex projects from ideation to execution, including global expansion, market entry, and product scaling.
• Support AI-enabled operational transformation and organizational effectiveness design.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, finance, legal, and regional teams.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and lead post-merger integration efforts.
• Help leadership navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across the company during rapid growth phases.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, high-growth technology, investing, or strategic finance.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and highly structured thinking abilities.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior leaders.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Direct experience working with senior executives or founders.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Experience scaling products or operational functions in international markets.
• Strong data analysis and business modeling capabilities.
