Associate Director, Strategy & Operations – CEO Office

Responsibilities

• Work closely with executive leadership on high-priority strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives
• Frame complex problems, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure initiatives move from idea to outcome
• Lead projects involving global product scaling, international market entry, and regulatory/banking infrastructure
• Drive organizational effectiveness, operating model design, and AI-enabled operational transformation
• Support M&A evaluation, post-merger integration, and commercial go-to-market execution
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, finance, legal, and regional teams

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, high-growth technology, investing, or strategic finance
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable outcomes
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and highly structured thinking abilities
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics concisely
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across various seniority levels
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
• Direct experience working with senior executives or founders
• Prior background in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Experience scaling products, markets, or operational functions in international environments
• Strong data analysis and business modeling capabilities
