Associate Director, Strategic Planning

Responsibilities

• Partner with creative, subject matter experts, and account management to develop ideas and orchestrate planning for healthcare and pharma accounts
• Synthesize data and insights to drive integrated strategy development, multichannel plans, and creative ideas
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies, digital cross-channel strategies, creative briefs, and customer journeys
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with agency and client partners to elevate the quality of strategic thinking
• Lead multiple simultaneous projects, including annual planning deliverables and delegating tasks as appropriate
• Identify opportunities for organic growth, workflow efficiencies, and the development of new POVs and digital ecosystems
• Support new business activity and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning or related communications
• Proven experience in an advertising agency environment
• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering multichannel strategies for brands
• Strong digital and analytical capabilities
• Ability to act as a persuasive storyteller and presenter
• Deep understanding of digital channels, including CRM and social media

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Ability to simplify complex information into actionable insights
