Associate Director, Strategic Adoption (Change Enablement)

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational readiness activities for enterprise transformation programs and strategic initiatives
• Develop and execute integrated change enablement plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations
• Identify barriers to adoption and implement mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable behavior change
• Partner with AI Enablement and Innovation CoE teams to accelerate AI literacy and responsible AI use
• Establish adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement
• Create executive presentations, leadership communications, and success stories
• Facilitate ambassador and stakeholder networks to support transformation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, communications, or related disciplines
• Experience leading technology, process, organizational, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams
• Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in change methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or CCMP
• Experience supporting AI, digital, analytics, automation, or innovation programs
• Experience managing employee communities or ambassador networks
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or highly regulated industries
