Associate Director - Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Review customer information and external sources to identify potential issues and develop effective problem-solving approaches.
• Stay current on the latest technologies and solutions within the BPM, Digital Transformation, and BFS industries.
• Define and drive the solution direction for prospective business opportunities, including developing win themes and strategies.
• Lead the response to RFP documents by understanding scope and customer needs to develop overarching proposed solutions.
• Perform effort estimation to determine cost-efficient staffing, technology, and differentiating approaches.
• Develop lifecycle cost comparison models to support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate complex solutions to customers, management, and teaming partners through presentations, white papers, and meetings.
• Assess market trends and complementary solution capabilities to enable larger-scale offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting the BPM industry.
• Deep expertise in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain.
• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage domain lifecycle.
• Proven experience in RFP and Project Management.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High business acumen with experience in developing business solutions and cost-value calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within US Mortgage servicing.
• Experience with post-close deal solutioning.
• Experience with design thinking and team management.
