Associate Director Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of .NET software solutions within the Digital Assets division
• Manage day-to-day activities of the team and specific business applications across multiple locations
• Support the coaching, mentoring, and technical development of team members
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications
• Collaborate with business partners and architects to drive innovation and re-imagine capabilities
• Manage the software development process, including cost estimation and resource planning
• Embed a risk management mindset of resiliency, security, and controls into all applications
• Ensure success criteria are met from design through deployment via data integrity and reuse

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related software engineering experience
• Proven experience with .NET software solutions
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
