About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated social and content strategies across organic, paid, owned, earned, and creator channels
- Write creative briefs and social strategies that frame strategic challenges with precision
- Build content frameworks, platform strategies, and always-on programming architectures
- Maintain social listening programs and cultural trendspotting frameworks
- Contribute to digital strategy conversations including digital OOH, display, and performance media
- Lead day-to-day client engagements and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior and mid-level strategists to support their professional growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social and content strategy within agency environments
- Fluency in algorithmic distribution, paid amplification, and creator ecosystems
- Strong brief-writing craft with a clear point of view
- Experience developing audience intelligence and culturally grounded personas
- Working knowledge of digital strategy including digital OOH and performance media
- Ability to present strategic work confidently to senior clients
