About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the annual brand business plan at both strategic and tactical levels to ensure alignment with franchise priorities.
- Support consumer strategy development, including disease state awareness, brand positioning, and core message architecture.
- Map the patient journey and establish patient profiles to define behavior goals for patients and caregivers.
- Partner with market research and analytics teams to identify actionable insights, segmentation, and targeting opportunities.
- Develop creative briefs and brand materials for agency use, including website content and consumer promotional assets.
- Manage patient ambassador relationships and build positive working relationships with patient advocacy groups.
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance partners to ensure all marketing materials follow required policies.
- Manage project budgets, perform monthly reconciliations, and analyze financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related function with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in marketing strategy and tactical design.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and turn information into insights.
- Strong ability to influence partners at all levels and manage multiple complex priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience in marketing roles specifically within a commercial pharmaceutical organization.
