Associate Director - Senior Strategist

Responsibilities

• Shape, maintain, and execute a consistent strategic narrative for MA in partnership with senior leadership
• Support executive decision-making, investor communications, and enterprise-level reporting
• Develop and evolve the strategic narrative to ensure consistency across internal and external stakeholders
• Build and own a central repository of non-financial data and KPIs in collaboration with Business Intelligence
• Translate complex financial, operational, and market issues into clear strategic themes
• Play a central role in preparing MA quarterly earnings calls, including drafting scripts and developing messaging
• Lead the production of high-quality Operating Committee and Board updates
• Support the MA CEO with townhall presentations and senior leadership briefing materials

Requirements

• Extensive experience in corporate and business strategy, ideally within financial services
• Proven experience supporting C-level stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of impactful storytelling for executive audiences
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into decision-ready themes
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT) to enhance workflows and strategic thinking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree is required
