Associate Director Senior Strategist

Responsibilities

• Support the Insurance Commercial Strategy team by delivering data-driven analysis and insights to inform growth strategy, portfolio decisions, and resource allocation.
• Analyze customer adoption, consumption, penetration trends, and growth opportunities using central BI dashboards.
• Partner with the central Business Intelligence team on CAM methodology and leverage dashboards for market sizing and business cases.
• Coordinate quarterly resource allocation and portfolio role analysis inputs, ensuring quality controls and audit trails.
• Deliver churn and business-at-risk analysis, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to define mitigation actions.
• Contribute to BU portfolio growth strategy through financial analysis, market sizing, and customer/product prioritization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using generative and agentic AI tools for analysis, summarization, and report drafting.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and awareness of responsible and ethical AI use.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
