Associate Director - Sector Insights - Life Science

Responsibilities

• Provide deep insight and understanding of the market and competitive landscape within the Life Science sector.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and insights generation.
• Develop engaging narratives and presentations that effectively communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders.
• Perform quantitative analysis and create visually appealing data visualizations to support strategic recommendations.
• Engage and challenge senior domain stakeholders with commercial and provocative perspectives.
• Lead the creation of specific insights by leveraging proprietary knowledge and collaborating with cross-domain teams.
• Coach less-experienced team members to improve their skills in research, analysis, and data visualization.

Requirements

• Strong analytical prowess and experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Proven ability in commercial storytelling and presenting insights to executive-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Advanced skills in AI-enabled insights generation and proficiency with modern data tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong interest in understanding AI applications.
