About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work in an integrated planning, cost and risk environment to optimize resource use
  • Ensure established planning and scheduling methodologies are followed
  • Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines
  • Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology
  • Contribute to the development of the Work Breakdown Structure
  • Perform analysis of schedule data to identify trends and issues
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external clients
  • Coach and mentor the planning team
  • Lead schedule reporting, forecast updates, and contingency management
  • Analyze resource requirements and recommend recovery options

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant scheduling experience in the construction industry
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Strong presentation, verbal, written, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering
