Associate Director, Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Work in an integrated planning, cost and risk environment to optimize resource use within budget and time constraints
• Ensure established planning and scheduling methodologies are followed
• Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines
• Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology
• Contribute to the development of the Work Breakdown Structure
• Perform analysis of schedule data to identify trends and issues
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external clients
• Coach and mentor the planning team
• Lead schedule reporting, forecast updates, and contingency management
• Analyze resource requirements and recommend recovery options

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant civil infrastructure construction experience (Aviation, Rail, Transportation, Bridges, Roads, Tunnels, or Utilities)
• Proven track record in a scheduling role supporting major programs
• Proficiency in Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above and Microsoft Project
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a U.S. Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering
