About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs
- Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations
- Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules
- Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval
- Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities
- Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing corrective actions
- Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and periodic schedule analysis
- Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting performance
- Review schedules with project team members regularly to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years as a planner/scheduler on capital projects (design and construction phases)
- Experience working within complex matrix environments
- Expertise using Primavera P6
- Mandatory experience in the construction industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Life sciences industry experience
