Associate Director - Scheduler - Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs
• Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations
• Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval
• Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities
• Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing corrective actions
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and periodic schedule analysis
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting performance
• Assure credibility of schedule information and review with project team members regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years as a planner/scheduler on capital projects including design and construction phases
• Direct experience working within a complex matrix environment
• Expertise using Primavera P6
• Mandatory experience in the construction industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to relocate if not local

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience within the life sciences sector
