Associate Director - Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes
• Document functional requirements and create solution, system, and entity relationship architecture
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling
• Implement Salesforce Billing for invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition
• Design subscription, recurring revenue, and usage-based models
• Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax engines
• Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation for CPQ and Billing
• Prepare configuration runbooks and guide development teams
• Conduct user training and support post-implementation enhancements

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong Revenue Cloud expertise
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing
• Hands-on experience with subscription management and revenue recognition
• Expertise in Quote to Cash end-to-end business processes
• Experience with product rules, price rules, automation flows, and guided selling
• Knowledge of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Agentforce Specialist certification
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Platform Developer I & II
• Integration Architecture Designer
• CLM implementation experience
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15
