Associate Director - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

• Define the overall technical structure of client projects by researching and analyzing requirements
• Create user scenarios, data models, information structures, and workflows
• Develop technical specifications, test methods, implementation plans, and estimates
• Implement architecture using agile methodologies like Scrum
• Deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine optimal technical solutions
• Oversee progress by guiding designers and developers
• Communicate project plans and breakdowns to clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect or technical consultant
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience working within a digital agency environment
• Proven track record of managing client-based projects and budgets
• Experience with Workflow Engines
• Strong ability in database design and modeling
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to clients
