Associate Director, Sales Oncology

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales division and revenue performance across the Czech Republic and Slovakia markets
• Oversee and manage direct reports and third-party service providers to ensure compliance with ethical and business conduct policies
• Establish and meet developmental needs for the sales team through mentoring, coaching, and learning plans
• Accountable for achieving geographic product revenue and expense targets while maximizing sales efficiency
• Develop and initiate strategies to create new business and build key accounts
• Direct planning and promotional activities, including forecasting, budget management, and P&L responsibility
• Establish superior working relationships with local and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams to execute integrated brand strategies

Requirements

• BA or BS degree, preferably in sciences or business-related disciplines
• 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 1-2 years of experience specifically within the oncology therapeutic area
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical hospital selling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Intermediate conversational and written English skills
• Ability to travel extensively as dictated by business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background or exposure to marketing principles and brand strategy
• Demonstrated track record of successful joint Sales-Marketing initiatives and product launches
• Experience working effectively within a matrix environment
