Associate Director, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) – Residential

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end monthly SIOP cycle, including demand review, supply review, and executive consensus planning.
• Align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans to drive operational excellence and profitable growth for the Residential segment.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of approximately nine SIOP and planning professionals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Product Management teams to ensure integrated planning.
• Drive the use of advanced analytics and scenario modeling to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
• Integrate financial planning with SIOP to ensure alignment with revenue, margin, and cash flow objectives.
• Establish governance, standard work, and performance metrics to monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management and leadership experience leading cross-departmental teams.
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years of supply chain and/or SIOP experience, OR a Master's Degree and minimum 8 years of supply chain and/or SIOP experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with planning tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, or Power BI.
• Proven experience in both demand planning and supply planning.
• Prior experience owning a full, end-to-end SIOP process.
