Associate Director, Requirements and Capabilities

Responsibilities

• Grow Raytheon’s business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through pipeline development and external customer engagement.
• Partner with enterprise product line and functional leaders to implement strategies for the Royal Saudi Armed Forces.
• Act as the voice of the customer to internal Raytheon stakeholders, communicating needs assessments and market dynamics.
• Develop and shape new business opportunities based on customer priorities and capability gaps.
• Manage customer contact and engagement plans to ensure a unified approach to relationship management.
• Coordinate capture/proposal gate reviews, leadership visits, and trade shows.
• Manage ERPM opportunities and track relevant financial metrics, including 5-Year Plan assessments and New Business Investment requirements.
• Lead the development of visitor guides and agendas for senior leadership visits to KSA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Affairs, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12 years of experience in progressive leadership positions within Business Development or Defense Sales.
• Proven success in relationship building within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Experience navigating the intricacies of doing business with MODEA and related services.
• Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRMs, such as Microsoft ERPM.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
• Must be a Saudi Person eligible to obtain required Export Authorizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military or defense market experience.
• Direct experience with MODEA, Royal military services, and GAMI.
• Knowledge of Raytheon Technologies (RTX) products and services.
• Prior involvement with KSA MoD programs, captures, and product lines.
• Understanding of the regional procurement, fiscal, and regulatory environment.
