Responsibilities

• Identify data-driven insights to deliver compelling stories to clients
• Use qualitative and cultural mining to bring the consumer's world to life
• Solve client business problems through analytical and strategic skills
• Define new methodologies for cultural analysis and anthropology products
• Evaluate creative concepts and provide strategic recommendations
• Facilitate brainstorms, workshops, and ideation sessions
• Direct the strategic development of client presentations and stakeholder communications
• Brief creative teams for ideation

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience building brands at a top agency for Fortune 500 clients
• Experience at the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior
• Ability to interpret qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking with a balanced analytical and creative approach
• Understanding of multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing
• Self-motivated with strong initiative
