Associate Director - Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with a defined portfolio of clients, engaging senior stakeholders including Board and C-level executives.
• Achieve sales targets for new and recurring revenue through cross-selling and up-selling services and products.
• Act as a trusted advisor by delivering strategic insights and showcasing Moody’s differentiated value proposition.
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions Specialists to craft tailored strategies that meet client needs and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
• Conduct high-impact face-to-face meetings and manage complex sales cycles to successful closure.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience in solution sales and relationship management.
• Strong track record of engaging senior stakeholders at the Board and C-level.
• Expertise in consultative selling and aligning client needs with tailored solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in responsible AI practices.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance, economics, risk, or compliance.
