Associate Director Real Estate Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the Paris real estate Asset Management team and oversee commercial advisors in Spain
• Actively manage commercial assets across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain, including office, retail, light industrial, and logistics properties
• Identify and implement value-add initiatives, such as mid-scale refurbishments and large-scale repositioning of properties
• Develop and execute sustainability strategies to improve Green Building Certifications (e.g., BREEAM), EPCs, and Net Zero carbon pathways
• Oversee third-party service providers, including property managers, technical advisors, architects, and legal teams
• Lead leasing activities, including rental agreement negotiations and proactive tenant management
• Support investment activities by providing technical and ESG due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions
• Draft business plans, monitor project budgets, and prepare asset reports for internal committees and financial partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience, specifically in France and ideally Spain
• Proven experience coordinating asset refurbishment or repositioning projects
• Strong knowledge of sustainability concepts, including Net Zero Carbon Pathways, EPC, and Green Building certificates
• Proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and experience managing YARDI systems
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish language skills are a significant advantage
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams and third-party property managers
