Associate Director Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of actuarial solutions workstreams from initiation through closure.
• Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying and mitigating issues.
• Drive Agile excellence by ensuring ceremonies, roles, and ways of working are consistently applied and outcome-driven.
• Collaborate with other Delivery Managers to improve integrated product delivery governance frameworks.
• Define, track, and report delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparent progress.
• Partner with Change Management to support the effective adoption of Agile delivery practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, product leadership, and delivery partners.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Product Delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery models and maturity phases.
• Proficiency with delivery management and Agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
