Associate Director, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for global, multi-study clinical programs
• Serve as the senior client contact to build and maintain trusted partnerships
• Ensure study delivery meets time, scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to drive accountability and performance
• Oversee financial management, including forecasting and resource optimization
• Identify and mitigate risks while proactively managing issues and change control
• Support bid defense activities and contribute to business growth
• Drive continuous improvement and champion operational best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of clinical research experience
• 6+ years of dedicated project management experience
• Demonstrated success leading large, global, or multi-regional clinical programs
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations
• Proven leadership, client relationship management, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
