Associate Director, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO Senior Director in leading the department and developing strategic roadmaps and goals
• Provide oversight and guidance to the Senior Project Management leadership team
• Drive continuous improvement by rolling out new strategies, tools, and process enhancements
• Coordinate and manage integrated project plans to ensure clients achieve strategic objectives
• Manage or oversee complex projects, programs, and multi-million dollar portfolios
• Oversee project estimations, scoping, and the development of deliverables
• Establish standard reporting, processes, and health performance monitoring for the PMO and clients
• Serve as the lead Project Manager on enterprise-level client engagements
• Proactively resolve roadblocks and provide accurate time and resourcing forecasting

Requirements

• Post Secondary degree
• 8+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or analytics in a project management role
• Proven experience delivering digital media, technology, and analytics projects within an agency environment
• Experience managing multi-million dollar portfolios and scoping large project opportunities
• 3+ years of experience leading PMO practices or a group of project managers
• 5+ years of experience in mentorship
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the agency landscape
