About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop project execution strategies and establish governance frameworks
- Drive executive-level reporting and performance dashboards
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes and vendor selection
- Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and invoicing via D-365
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client presentations
- Lead effective resource planning across projects
Requirements
- Construction related degree (Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management or construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive client outcomes
- Experience in client management and advisory roles (value management, value engineering, life cycle costing)
