Associate Director - Project Management (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Develop project execution strategies and establish governance frameworks
• Drive executive-level reporting and performance dashboards
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes and vendor selection
• Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and invoicing via D-365
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client presentations
• Lead effective resource planning across projects

Requirements

• Construction related degree (Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management or construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive client outcomes
• Experience in client management and advisory roles (value management, value engineering, life cycle costing)
