Associate Director - Project Management - Data Center Construction

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and driving new revenue
• Lead bid teams and manage proposal generation efforts
• Provide line management, coaching, and mentoring to assigned staff
• Manage financial aspects including margin levels, resource forecasts, and client invoicing
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop new business with existing and new clients
• Lead small project management teams for infrastructure projects
• Oversee program management for neighborhood portfolios of infrastructure projects
• Liaise with municipal authorities regarding infrastructure projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Experience managing client accounts and teams of project managers
• Relevant consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market
• Deep understanding of the construction project life cycle
• Proven business development and cross-selling experience
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
