Associate Director Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute strategic direction for project controls including cost, risk, and schedule management
• Lead risk workshops to identify risks, mitigation actions, and owners
• Manage project budget approval processes and develop financial plans
• Lead the development and production of regular project reporting
• Oversee project estimating and life cycle asset costing
• Develop change management and impact mitigation strategies
• Establish metrics for progress reporting, forecasting, and trending
• Lead the Project Controls Team and ensure quality control and assurance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• 10+ years of relevant project controls experience
• 2+ years managing project control teams in a consulting environment
• Proven experience implementing project controls systems for major capital projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering
