Associate Director, Project Controls

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of project controls services including cost control, scheduling, EVM, and risk management
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
• Build and manage cost control frameworks, lifecycle forecasts, and budget performance reports
• Oversee risk management processes and administer change control procedures
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with client project teams
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate project controls staff
• Contribute to the development of standardized service offerings and methodologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project controls
• Experience in capital project sectors such as energy, nuclear, infrastructure, or construction
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Extensive knowledge of earned value management, cost forecasting, and change control
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills for cost modelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, CCP, or AACE International designations
• Experience in a consulting or advisory environment
• Exposure to quantitative risk analysis, cost estimating, or PMIS platforms
