Associate Director - Programme Management

Responsibilities

• Support the Programme Leader by embedding the vision and direction of the commission
• Maintain and deliver frameworks for robust management and control of the programme
• Manage critical programme functions including workstream lead, PMO lead, and change/risk/reporting
• Independently lead smaller-scale programmes using programme management accreditation
• Establish processes to engage and manage all programme stakeholders effectively
• Develop and implement processes to manage and report on all financial aspects of the programme
• Define and implement safeguards to mitigate risks to health and safety

Requirements

• Proven experience in programme management for large-scale real estate transformation projects
• Programme management accreditation
• Track record in governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and financial management
• Degree in construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management
• Project Management experience within a Construction or Real Estate Consultancy
• Programme Management experience within Real Estate
• Professional membership of a relevant body such as RICS, APM, or CIOB
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
