About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage campaign performance across key Retail Media Networks including Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and Target DSP
- Perform hands-on campaign trading and optimization with high efficiency and attention to detail
- Manage reporting and performance tracking through Q4 and key promotional periods
- Monitor, optimize, and build upon active retail DSP programs to meet performance goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven recommendations and programmatic insights
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Coordinators
Requirements
- 5+ years of Programmatic media experience, preferably in Display/Video
- Expertise in retail DSPs such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy
- Fluency in various DSPs, preferably TTD and DV360
- Strong problem-solving, strategic mindset, and communication skills
- Experience interfacing with planning, adops, and data analytics teams
- Must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zone
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience in Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel
- Proficiency in standard reporting and insight writing
