Associate Director, Programmatic

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the performance, development, and results of client accounts
• Lead account decisions, budget spending, and staffing
• Build relationships with mid to senior level client stakeholders
• Approve vendor selections and oversee team vendor meetings
• Lead the design of reporting dashboards and ensure accuracy of all reporting
• Develop long-term custom data management solutions for clients
• Manage and coach a small group of managers and professional employees
• Collaborate with partners and centers of excellence across functions

Requirements

• Proven track record in curating new business relationships and solutions
• Experience in team leadership and managing up, down, and laterally
• Expertise in vendor selection and scope approval
• Substantial experience designing reporting dashboards and presenting results
• Knowledge of ad tech platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Roku, or Facebook
• Intermediate to strong data analysis skills
• Experience with Project and Account Management
• Advanced communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to systematically analyze problems and propose solutions
• Experience managing existing business partnerships and alliances
• Advanced knowledge of measurement ad tech solutions
