Associate Director, Programmatic

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the performance, development, and results of client accounts, including budget spending and staffing
• Build and manage relationships with mid to senior level client stakeholders
• Oversee vendor selection, scopes, and meetings
• Lead the design of reporting dashboards and ensure accuracy of all campaign reporting
• Develop long-term custom data management and data solutions for clients
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of managers and professional employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and centers of excellence

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development and solution curation
• Experience in team leadership and managing stakeholders
• Expertise in vendor selection and scope approval
• Substantial experience designing reporting dashboards and presenting results
• Knowledge of ad tech platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Roku, Vistar, Facebook, or Snapchat
• Intermediate to strong data analysis skills
• Experience with Project and Account Management
• Advanced communication skills

• Ability to systematically analyze problems and propose solutions
• Experience managing internal and external business partnerships and alliances
• Advanced knowledge of measurement ad tech solutions
