About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Associates across U.S.-based, nearshore, and offshore teams
  • Partner with Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops teams to translate strategy into execution
  • Own the successful deployment lifecycle including campaign build, trafficking, QA, and optimization
  • Lead campaign architecture and account structure development for scalable frameworks
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for deployment challenges and platform troubleshooting
  • Identify, test, and operationalize AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows
  • Lead internal project management for programmatic deployment efforts
  • Collaborate across functional departments including Data Science, Analytics, and Media Strategy

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of programmatic media experience in an agency environment
  • Advanced proficiency in The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and Google Ads
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and YouTube is required
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams
  • Expertise in campaign architecture, QA, trafficking, and launch management
  • Strong understanding of project management and operational planning
  • Mastery of campaign troubleshooting and measurement validation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trello or other Project Management tools
  • Natural curiosity around AI and automation for operational workflows
