About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of program managers in the capture and execution of strategic business growth for Electronic Warfare Systems
- Take accountability for profit and loss, AOP development and execution, and EAC inputs
- Develop and execute program growth strategies and lead proposals, negotiations, and capture activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for small to large programs
- Lead program reviews and manage supplier engagement
- Develop and execute contingency plans to address potential risks and maintain program schedules
- Manage direct reports, including training, performance reviews, and professional guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field with minimum 10 years of experience
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in program or project management leading development programs
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance using tools such as EVMS, IMP, or IMS
- Experience supporting and leading cross-functional teams
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications
- Program Management Level 3 Certification (or ability to obtain within one year)
- Proven success maintaining executive-level relationships with suppliers, customers, and government representatives
- Experience working with government customers on large, complex programs
- Technical knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems and similar technologies
- Understanding of military operations communities and logistics support structures
- Experience leading capture activities
