Associate Director - Program Management (Occupier & Retail)

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for a US-based technology client, tracking and reporting progress across all office projects in Japan
• Develop project briefs to support the procurement and onboarding of delivery teams
• Ensure consistency in reporting, communication, and stage-gate processes across multiple projects
• Support capital planning and maintain program governance
• Provide regular updates and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management and construction or project delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong English communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and end users

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
• Understanding of office fit-out scheduling and cost management within the Japanese market
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex deliverables independently
• Experience working alongside Real Estate teams and navigating procurement processes
