Responsibilities

• Refine and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into user stories and prototypes.
• Drive the agile development process and prioritize feature backlogs for high-quality releases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators such as NPS, Net Run Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in financial services with 5+ years in fintech or wealth management product management.
• CA or CFA degree is required.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative SaaS products.
