Associate Director, Principal Program Security Integrator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary program security integrator and liaison, ensuring security functions are embedded into Special Access Program (SAP) operations
• Coordinate the integration of Physical Security, Counterintelligence, and COMSEC requirements into program execution
• Serve as a trusted advisor to regional security leadership, providing risk insights and strategic alignment recommendations
• Advise program leadership on security posture, risk exposure, compliance requirements, and emerging threats
• Lead engagements and briefings with senior U.S. Government stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and communicate program security risks and coordinate mitigation actions
• Support audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure program readiness and compliance
• Guide supply chain and procurement teams on the use of approved and secure products and vendors

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10 years of experience
• Active and existing Top Secret security clearance required on day one
• Extensive knowledge of NISPOM, JSIG/RMF, and ICD-705
• Experience working within Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Products
• Proven experience working with both internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Security Management, or Criminal Justice
