Associate Director, Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage production and fulfillment planning teams across the Factor US network
• Conduct analysis of operations metrics to optimize production planning
• Lead continuous improvement projects regarding planning data and analysis
• Partner with HRBP's and hiring managers to support hiring strategies
• Drive data needs across labor planning and staffing operations
• Develop strategic understanding of production and fulfillment to achieve service level metrics
• Conduct ROI analysis to support go-forward strategies
• Present cost estimations for staffing incentive programs and wage adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or relevant field
• 7+ years in Fulfillment Operations, Manufacturing Operations, or Demand Planning
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing automation or onboarding production planning software
