About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage production and fulfillment planning teams across the Factor US network
- Conduct analysis of operations metrics to optimize production planning
- Lead continuous improvement projects regarding planning data and analysis
- Partner with HRBP's and hiring managers to support hiring strategies
- Drive data needs across labor planning and staffing operations
- Develop strategic understanding of production and fulfillment to achieve service level metrics
- Conduct ROI analysis to support go-forward strategies
- Present cost estimations for staffing incentive programs and wage adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or relevant field
- 7+ years in Fulfillment Operations, Manufacturing Operations, or Demand Planning
- Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing automation or onboarding production planning software
