Associate Director, Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated performance strategy across a portfolio of clients, focusing on paid social, paid search, and programmatic
• Manage and develop a team of Managers to elevate strategic quality and executional excellence
• Own senior client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point
• Develop quarterly, semi-annual, and annual business reviews
• Set and uphold measurement, attribution, and QA standards across the portfolio
• Optimize media budgets using forecasting and reallocation to maximize ROI
• Identify growth opportunities within account portfolios to expand scopes
• Implement emerging capabilities such as social commerce, TikTok Shop, and AI-enabled workflows
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Client Services, Creative, and Influencer teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of performance marketing strategy, execution, and measurement experience
• Expertise in paid social, paid search, and programmatic
• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring team members
• Proven ability to lead strategy for multiple complex client accounts
• Strong measurement and attribution expertise across DTC, retail, and e-commerce
• Strong storytelling and ability to influence VP/GM level stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, integrated agency environment
