Associate Director, Patient Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and growth of a new Patient Services Hub
• Support the design, development, and implementation of the Patient Services Hub, including workflow creation and technology integration
• Develop strategies to enhance patient and provider experience through benchmarking and research
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HIPAA privacy policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for the HUB administrator and operations
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness
• Analyze program processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Plan and execute training programs for Hub staff and internal teams
• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Managers and Market Access leadership
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience in Patient Service HUB management within the biotech industry
• Experience leading patient support (HUB) programs and complex product launches
• Experience managing complex and dynamic projects and teams
• Analytical mindset with experience directing activities critical to home office and field sales
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical patient services industry trends
• Previous product launch experience, preferably in the CNS space
• Ability to work on-site in New York City (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
