Associate Director, Paid Search

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for commerce-driven clients
• Audit, restructure, and improve product feeds to maximize ROAS
• Architect campaign and feed segmentation strategies for AI-driven products
• Partner with clients on landing pages, PDP quality, and conversion tracking
• Set measurement frameworks including ROAS, incrementality, and margin-aware bidding
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of search and feed specialists
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients to present strategy and defend recommendations

Requirements

• 7+ years in paid search or performance media
• Deep experience in Shopping and feed-driven campaigns
• Fluency with Merchant Center and feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Productsup)
• Strong command of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Experience leading people and managing senior client relationships
• Strong understanding of commerce metrics like margin, AOV, and LTV

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large catalogs and supplemental feed strategies
• Familiarity with retail media networks like Amazon, Walmart Connect, or Instacart
• Exposure to Google Ads scripting and automation
• Proficiency in GA4, BigQuery, or Looker Studio
